M/S V.S.Joshi and company, the core company of V.S.Joshi & Associates and Patki - Joshi Constructions has 25 years of experience in the building industry, starting quite modestly in 1979 in the historic city of Pune. Ever since, the company has been recognized for providing quality construction on both residential and commercial buildings.
In 1992 the company established itself in Kolhapur with the trend setting Manik Chambers. The next few years brought a period of rapid growth during which the company brought together a group of expert construction professionals with diverse construction experience and knowledge. Today, we are proud to be recognized as a leader, setting trends in construction methods, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
